TGF will have a focus diametrically inverted of typical market players. The concern is to advise the customer in the best way.
As we are not a company that has its own product, or listed and that guarantee your commission in full, we are more reliable, because we will share the commission with the company that has the product that most fits on client’s intentions.
In addition, the client will be advised to ensure that he is acquiring within market standards. Currently with the Portuguese Real Estate market in constant change and volatility, it is difficult for the common consumer/investor to know what he is buying and for how much.
Our proposal involves presenting a series of data to the buyer, and ensuring that the acquisition, from the investment point of view, is rationally balanced.
In other words, the client will have a security that, with our assistance, we will present to them products but also rational analysis of each one of them.
We know and want to demonstrate that the purchase of a real estate asset for residential purposes, or for investment purpose, should be considered in a perspective of financial return. With that being said, we know, nowadays, financial investment in savings through a normal commercial bank compensates clients with low interests.
On the other hand, investment in the financial market is not widespread in the Portuguese population, and the interest paid in a conservative perspective is around 4%, which means that the return on investments with rates of 6%, 7% and 8% is often only at the reach of the final consumer through real estate investment, being the asset much more tangible.
Our concern is to demonstrate that the acquisition made is not made because any intermediary that works directly with any real estate agency says it is a good acquisition without any substantiation basis.
